The I.C.E. Horseboxes All England Dressage Festival

7 - 12 May 2024

Updates to the timetable for Tuesday 7 May  - Click Here

The I.C.E Horseboxes All England Dressage Festival is back at Hickstead for its fourth year (7-12 May). With free admission and parking for spectators, it's the perfect opportunity to see Britain's best dressage riders in action.

Join us on Saturday 11 May for an evening of dressage, good food and live entertainment, featuring a masterclass by European team gold medallist, Gareth Hughes. Taking place during the interval of the Horse & Country CDI Grand Prix Freestyle, Gareth will be taking centre stage in the Agria Lifetime Equine Insurance Arena to share some of his best training insights. Enjoy all the action from the ringside viewing area, with tempting BBQ food options and live music throughout the evening.

Since it first took place at Hickstead in 2021, the I.C.E Horseboxes All England Dressage Festival has become one of the most important dressage competitions in the South-East. It includes CDI (international) and CPEDI (international Para-dressage) classes alongside a Premier League competition. This year, National classes from Novice to Medium level have returned to the schedule, giving more riders the opportunity to compete at this famous showground.

Carl Hester and Charlotte Dujardin are both due to compete, alongside former Olympian Emma Hindle, Australian Olympic hopeful Jayden Brown, showing rider turned dressage star Louise Bell, and British rider Andrew Gould.

The competition gets underway on Tuesday 7 May, with three days of Agria-sponsored international Para classes. British Paralympic medallists in action include Georgia Wilson, Sophie Wells, Sophie Christiansen and Natasha Baker.

The international action and Premier League classes run from Friday to Sunday, with CDI classes for Pony, Junior, Children, Young Riders and Under-25s as well as Young Horse classes, and the all important FEI Grand Prix, Freestyle and Grand Prix Special.

Admission and parking are free at this event, with a select number of tradestands and eateries open throughout the competition, including the deli café in the Polo Clubhouse.
