Step 1:
Refer to site maps and exhibitor brochure prior to completing application form below, remember to indicate your preferred site location. Please note site size is displayed as frontage x depth (e.g. 3 meter frontage x 6 meter depth).
Step 2:
Complete application. We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer when completing this form. Please note: All question fields must be completed. Even if the question is not applicable to your application, please tick the 'Not applicable' box.
Step 3:
Upload images and additional forms.

Trade voucher form 2025 download here (optional, please complete and upload at the end of this application with your company logo)
Step 4:
Read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Step 5:
Consent to Hickstead storing your data, click and complete I AM HUMAN
Step 6:
Press 'Submit' to complete your application.
Successful submission will take you to a thank you page and the team will contact you shortly.
Step 7:
On receipt of your application, we will confirm site location and fees with any eligible discounts.
Step 8:
Once fees are agreed an invoice will be issued by email. Please note your position is not secured until payment is received in full.
