The Longines Royal International Horse Show isn’t just about top-class international showjumping and showing championships – there’s also a whole lot of SHOPPING to look forward to!

Make sure you arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to browse our tradestand village. Here’s a little taster of what you can look forward to:

If you’re looking for some new riding fashion or some more tack and equipment for the beloved equines in your life, then you won’t be disappointed. First off head to the Outlanda Apparel stand to check out the Hickstead Official Merchandise range – it’s situated next to the funnel leading into the Longines International Arena. There’s loads of gorgeous clothing including hoodies, jackets, gilets and polos, plus some fabulous bags and accessories, and they come in some fabulous new colour ways for this season too.

Others to check out include LeMieux by Hudson Equine – an essential for all the fans of matchy-matchy, plus Coldstream Equestrian, who are launching their ground-breaking new Competition Range.

Aztec Diamond will be selling their brand new HLW X AD range, which has been made in collaboration with popular young equestrian influencer Harlow. Kentucky Horsewear by Just Equine caters for all your horse and canine needs, while a visit to Hickstead isn’t complete without calling into Joshua Jones - style and quality are just two words that come to mind.

If you’re looking to restock your supplements, the good news is Equine America will be on hand to discuss your horse’s health, performance and nutritional requirements.

A new addition to our shopping village this summer is Agria Pet Insurance, the new sponsor of several of our feature classes this year. They have insurance policies for dogs, cats, rabbits as well as horses, so pop into find out how they can help you, and learn more about the UKs only lifetime equine cover – with no exclusions!

There’s something for all budgets at Hickstead, from toys and gifts all the way up to large luxury purchases. If you’re looking for a new saddle, then head to CWD, Sederholm, Stride Free, Devoucoux, Voltaire Design and Mon Sellier to browse their ranges of saddlery and tack. For new stables, visit Newton & Frost where you’ll also find field shelters, carports and outdoor offices as well as their excellent range of stables.

If you’re in the market for a new horsebox, then we have a great range of manufacturers showcasing their range at Hickstead this week, including Oakley, Equi-trek, Lehel International, Equine Quality Horseboxes, Whitaker Coachbuilders and Bloomfields. Exhibiting at Hickstead for the first time this year we have Griffin Horseboxes STX and Overlander Vehicles.

Whatever the unpredictable British weather does, rest assured you can keep cool thanks to Trans Cool, which sells portable cooling units. A must when traveling or simply staying cool on those hot summer nights! Others to check out include the Mark Davies Injured Riders Fund, and the Gambia Horse and Donkey Trust – both are very worthy causes. Don't forget to pop by the Breen Equestrian stand to discover more about their stallions and stud services.

A big shout out to our official suppliers, including Avant Techno UK Ltd. They return with their range of agile machines, and we simply couldn’t do without them! A warm welcome to Kubota, who are out official tractor and utility vehicle suppliers, while Tuckwells ground care specialists will be bringing some of their range of John Deere tractors and Yamaha XUVs.

Other new exhibitors for this summer include Jay Kay Boutique, Caroline Nichols, Equidaw of London, Espayo Equestrian for luxury equestrian clothing, Handbag Heaven, Footwear Company and Eye Level Optical.

There are also some very tempting street food stalls with something for all tastes. For those with a sweet tooth don’t miss visiting the Chock Shop – with over 20 different hand-crafted chocolate brownies with which to tempt you!  

Then once you’ve shopped until you drop, check out all the fun and games in the family funfair, before heading to the grandstands and finding the best seats from which to watch some exciting equestrian action.
