The highly experienced hospitality team at Hickstead understands that guests have different requirements to make their day a true success. Therefore, they have created a range of packages for 2010 to suit your hospitality needs.

Members’ Restaurant.. The new-style Members’ Restaurant offers a sumptuous buffet luncheon, which can be enjoyed as part of a full-day package or can be enjoyed between the sporting action.
This 120-seater open-fronted restaurant is superbly catered for by the fashionable Green’s of St James’s. The new buffet style will offer an improved choice of culinary delights plus a more flexible dining experience.
Full-day packages and luncheon only are available while enjoying excellent views of the top class sport.

 

Ringside Lodges.. The newest addition to our hospitality range, this exclusive, ringside platform has ‘lodge style’ marquees for 20 to 150 guests providing a perfect setting. With fully flexible catering options from a simple picnic to a four-course luncheon, this area can be totally adapted to your needs.

The Pommery Bar.. For those of our members who would prefer to watch the action from a slightly less formal setting, The Pommery Bar in the Members' Enclosure is the ideal setting. Offering a selection of seafood specialties and afternoon teas from our restaurateurs, Green's of St James's, the huge viewing balcony is guaranteed to be the most popular place from which to enjoy a glass of champagne or a refreshing drink whilst watching the big classes.

 

Private Viewing Boxes.. From the warm welcome at the new, exclusive private box entrance to the freshly prepared four-course luncheon, a private viewing box is the perfect way to entertain at Hickstead. The best view of the sport is guaranteed from each private box balcony with seating both inside and out. Your daily timings are fully flexible to your requirements along with a personal host who will ensure the day meets all your expectations.

Beethoven Suite and Bespoke Packages.. Our exclusive hospitality suite above the Members’ Grandstand, overlooking the International Arena, ensures superb views of the sport. A flexible space for entertaining guests either during the competition or for an evening function, our tailored packages are available from 40 to 120 guests.
