Hickstead - Functions Conferences

All of our function facilties overlook the International Arena, providing a peaceful setting for any meeting or conference.

We have suites suitable for groups of 8 - 250, with the cabaret style seating in our Beethoven Suite complemented by the Members Enclosure Restaurant for dining and breakout areas.

We have a number of private boxes that are ideal for breakout rooms for up to 14 delegates. Staging, equipment and technical support are available depending on your choice of event.

The Members Restaurant	220	220	Glass floor to ceiling windows allowing views of arena, and daylight in. Could be split into two sections, allowing for conference and break out areas. Disable lift access.
The Beethoven Suite	120	80 – 90	Located next to the Restaurant and therefore can be hired together to create larger, more flexible space. Disable lift access.
The Presidents Box			A large board table is positioned in the middle of the room and can sit up to 24. Leaving room for presentation / speaker area. Log burning fire. Terrace overlooking International Arena can be utilised as smoking area. Please note there is no disabled access.
The Pommery Bar	70	50 - 60	Log burning fire. Terrace, for smoking or in the summer ideal for break out areas.
The Redmire Clubhouse	50	60	Overlooks Winter Polo Arena. Terrace, for smoking or in the .summer ideal for break out areas Perfect for team building activities, both indoors and outdoors.
